Johnny was in studio, Paula Deen was on a video link, and Donald Trump called in by phone. They were there to defend the racy lingerie photos of the Miss USA contestant that the pageant released this week.

Johnny talked about how beauty pageants "empower" the women in them (ummm...okaaaaay) and the contestants are all "strong women", but Trump did most of the talking and was his usual obnoxious self. He repeatedly said how much NBC loves him because  HIS beauty pageants are hugely successful, unlike the Miss America pageant (which he does not own and which he repeatedly said is no longer even on network TV). He also said several times that anyone who criticizes his beauty pageants or the racy photos of the contestants is just "jealous" because the women are SO BEAUTIFUL, and that people only criticized last year's Miss USA winner (she was questioned by judge Perez Hilton about legalizing gay marriage and said she thought gays should not be allowed to marry) because she was SO BEAUTIFUL, like all the women in his pageant. And he managed to also point out that his wife is SO BEAUTIFUL and will be a judge too.

I would normally rather pry all of my own fingernails off with a fork than watch a beauty pageant (or anything involving Donald Trump), but I am going to bite the bullet and tune in just for Johnny.
