Hi there!
Unfortunately Palavela usually doesn't sell seats behind the judges panel (athletes, ISU members, etc...are assigned there).
The good thing is that Palavela is a small arena and you can have a good look at the competition from each stand. Even the seats really higher up can give you a good view.
Keep in mind that in the Palavela even seats in first rows are NOT near the ice. So I would suggest you not to spend a lot of money in order to have the "first" row because indeed it's not a real first row!
If you choose a seat in the corners try to get the corner on the left side of the judges because skaters will exit the rink that way and you will have the occasion of watching them after the performance or before they enter the ice.
Johnny for instance was so kind to stop and give some authograph to people sitting there even if it was forbidden...
