If you disagree with an article, or feel that it contains factual errors (For instance, Johnny was asked this question by the media, and declined to answer) you can write to the newspaper in question. If you make your case succinctly - keep it short! - and persuasively, they may print your letter. There is usually an email address somewhere very accessible on each paper's web site.

I usually write to correct errors. I have heard back from a lot of the journalists. It's best to be respectful and polite.
