Sandra, I love that part of France. I spent time with friends who rented a house by the Dordogne River and we drove to different towns each day.

We visited places such as Domme, Sarlat, Martel, Cahors, Rocamadour, Carennac, Souillac, Turenne, Bergerac, and others I can't remember.

The outdoor markets, the 11th-13th century architecture [not just churches and castles but other types of buildings too], wonderful food at 1/3 the price you'd pay in Paris, the beautiful scenery and lovely people made it a trip I'll always treasure.

Your pictures bring back such fond memories to me.

Thanks for sharing them

Sue
