Also I'm under the impression that Kiira Korpi will keep her free skate from this season and will have a new short program and that Laura Lepistö will have a new free skate but obviously she will keep her short program. Laura said in a recent interview that her new FP will be more challenging than the old one.
What do you think? Do you like their choises?
I think that Nakano's choises are promising. I like Zueva's choreography and thought Nakano did great job with her Giselle program. That was the first time I've enjoyed her skating.
Meissner's choise for the free skate I think is rather dangerous because this music is so overused and somehow I can't see her skating to it. I kind of like Kimmie's skating but I'm really sick of this music. Too much is too much.
Kiira and Laura. Most of the time I'm annoyed the Finnish girls' habit to use their programs more than one season but this time I can understand Kiira's decision to keep her FP because she had health problems most of the season and that music is wonderful. From Laura I would have wanted to see two new programs. I love Laura and I loved her short program but still she could have had a new short as well.
