Aaaaaaa, I'm so jealous. I was hoping that he'll do at least one show in Europe this year (like last year in Prague and Bratislava) so that several of
us might finally get a chance to see him skate live but I guess the chances are slim now. I have decided to go to TEB this year so I'm keeping my fingers
crossed that it will be one of the 2 GP's that Johnny gets assigned to

I suggest that anyone interested in staying in Sun Valley or Ketchum, ID (the town) make your hotel or condo reservations IMMEDIATELY. I was amazed to be able to get something myself (and the spots in my condo are all spoken for). The resort and town sell out completely on weekends in the summer. As for show tickets, you can now get them online without having to call. They always had a complete dinner rather than just desserts. If they seat you on the terrace with the desserts, that's not as good as the bleachers.

Oh look...Nancy Kerrigan is skating at Sun Valley on Aug 22. Darn, I'll just have to miss it.
 Perhaps she's not a big enough name as they
also have Brandon Mroz skating on the same night (it's likely the other way around!). Sorry to be b**chy. I'll never forgive her.  But really good
news---Melissa and Denis are skating there on Sep 5! I'm so happy for them. Wouldn't it be awesome if they skated the same show as Johnny?

There may or may not be a practice Friday evening.
There will be practices on Saturday, sometimes there is one in the indoor rink around 11 am, you can pretty much count on watching a practice on the outdoor rink around noon to 1 pm. Check the schedule posted in the indoor rink when you arrive. And please come introduce yourself! Kristina

OMG...that would be wonderful. I have seen it live, once, and always thought it was a shame they didn't do another. Then they got injured....and it just
didn't happen.
