I have a big smile on my face when I imagine that Johnny dances rhumba.

It's great that Johnny is going outside of his comfort zone and trying something new. I think he will be fabulous! Can't wait to see it.

I just thought "Rhumba" was the name of a NY club? Maybe I am wrong.

Well, there is a Club Rhumba in New York City, but Johnny would never go there - it is in Queens, LOL. Our Johnny wouldn't be caught dead in Queens (well,
maybe if there was a really good sale at an outlet mall)!

I posted in another thread but I did meet Johnny on Saturday at the Training Center in Colorado Springs while he was there for Champs Camp. My flight out of
COS on Sunday made it out on time, but I flew out first thing in the morning.... poor Johnny!

"Major bum shaking in the new program"
I am guessing that the "Eric" who Johnny and David are having dinner with is Eric Radford (Canadian pairs skater)? Unless maybe it is David's partner - I don't know his name. Pippa

She also mentions looking at a house in Quarryville....their old 'hood. I wonder if they're planning a move back to PA.

It works like charm for Joubert too.

Oh, a little sensitive, aren't we?
Ryan Bradley has still a long way to go, imho, to be as competitive as Joubert (butt shaking aside). |

And I swear, if the Brian would have happened to be Canadian or US-American - everybody would praise him for his power and speed on ice, for his incredible jumps and his "masculinity". Damn right I am.ITA. Thank you . It's getting ridiculous. The sheep mentality is overwhelming. Since it's cool to bash Joubert and praise Chan, everyone is doing it. But don't worry, the pendulum will swing back, it always does. Joubert has proven himself over and over again, and he deserves respect. And yes, landing a quad is a million times harder than doing high-kicks and jazz hands. Ask Jeff Buttle. |
