The short program music is pretty much decided. It's different for me. I don't know the name of the music; it's in Spanish. David was inspired by my "Feeling Good" [exhibition] program. He said, "You always play it kind of safe -- use classical-type music, show off your line and do pretty things. Let's do something different; after all, you can dance."

That's a great photo of Johnny and David. I hope two of them come up with something amazing. Spanish theme SP, similar to Johnny's Feeling good show program, that sounds intriguing.

That was a great interview. I agree, Johnny sounds so grown up, focused and willing to listen to others as he goes forward with the Olympic season. I have a strong feeling he's going to "rock it" big time. GO JOHNNY!!

A nice interview just posted on Icenetwork about Johnny's choice of David Wilson and his plans for the upcoming season. He sounds totally invested in winning and is approaching it in a very mature, flexible and committed way. Yahoo!

It looks like Johnny has chosen David Wilson as his choreographer for his new programs - he talks in tonight's Twitter about going to Toronto next week to work on his new programs with "Diva David"!!

YAY!!!!

I think it is a great choice - Wilson does CoP-friendly programs that the judges love, and Johnny and he really seem to get along during Yu-Na's shows (I remember Johnny talking about going shopping with David during a show in Korea last year).
