I received my thank you from Johnny four months after I mailed in my donation which was in February. I'm sure you will be hearing from Johnny soon, he may have fallen behind in signing the thank you cards due to his training and preparing for this season but he won't forget to thank all his fans.

I sent a check directly to the address of the New England place. I used a form I found online meant for another skater, and I just re-formmated it in word and put Johnny's name in. They cashed the check but I never received an acknowledgement from the fund nor a thank you note from Johnny. I wonder if he got it. This was several months ago. Just wanted to know if any of you have had this experience.

Oh how sweet that Johnny has sent me a thank you card to all the way to my overseas post!!! I was so thrilled when I found an envelope from "Mr. John Weir" himself!!!! The card was with Johnny's beautiful photo in his Ave Maria costume, and the autograph was real!!! You made my day, Johnny, I love you!!!

And I'm sure American and other Angels have given a large amount as well. Remember, when you donate through NEASF, Johnny doesn't have to pay any income taxes on the money, as he would with a gift or earned income.

I have no access to information about donations that have been mailed directly to NEASF, but the paypal fund has sent just over $10,000 to Johnny's training so far. I know that he appreciates each and every donation, large or small, from any country.

I for one can't write my check out fast enough for a fund for Johnny. I see his new page is up about it online at his website. I also see he only has an April appearance overseas confirmed so Stars on Ice, I'm getting pretty peeved about the IMG/SOI stranglehold being such idiots! Am I the only one who would love to take over at USFSA and start rolling heads! Don't worry baby, the ink's about to be penned and the stamp is already on the envelope, no joke! I will always give up...

FSO posted on FSU that Johny added the announcement about the training fund to his website which I think is great news. I know whenever Johnny updates his journals, a lot of people go to his website to read it who do not normally visit Johnny's message boards. I'm hoping some of those website visitors will consider donating to Johnny's training fund.
